A lot of websites out there are neglected. The articles are old, the contact information is invalid and the design is outdated. Website maintenance is a large proportion of do1’s workload. Ongoing changes to static content, sourcing images and adding functionality are common tasks for us and we realise that it’s an essential part of maintaining your company’s professional web presence.

Wherever possible we aim to empower you, the customer, by providing you with a bespoke CMS solution, but occasionally you might fancy a change in layout or you might have seen a cool feature on another site that you’d like on your own. When technical expertise or a design eye is a must, then we are always eager to help.

Ongoing maintenance for clients is charged at our standard hourly rate. At the end of each month in which work took place, a bill is submitted and you pay for the work done in arrears. In a month where no work took place, you pay nothing. Simple as.

We also offer retainers for customers who are likely to require website maintenance on a very regular basis, which allows us to pre-book and discount our time, and gives our clients a fixed monthly fee.
