Need for personal information collected on our website
You do not need to give personal information to access any part of our website, but if you withhold such information when we ask for it, we may not be able to:

Voluntary registration information collected on the website
You can voluntarily register on our website. If you want to make an 'online' order for any of our products, you will have to fill in the ordering registration form. By registering, you can take advantage of special product offers, receive information based on your areas of interest, and become eligible for free product samples.
During registration, you have the option of giving us your first name, last name, title, e-mail address, organisation name and, in a separate section, your areas of interest. To order online, you will have to provide these details (and other details) to help us to fulfil your order. In the 'areas of interest' section, you can also tell us whether or not you want to receive promotional information by e-mail.

Information that our website collects automatically
Browser information collected on the website
We analyse our website logs, including user patterns, to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website. We get the information in the website logs from the URL (unique resouce location), and it includes the domain name and browser type. Our website logs are not personally identifiable, and we will not try to link them with individual information.
Cookies
Like many other commercial websites, we may use standard technology known as 'cookies' to collect information about how you use the site and to make sure that visits go smoothly.
Our cookies neither reveal nor contain any identifying or personal information. Cookies cannot read any information on your computer or interact with other cookies on your hard drive.

Click-through URLs
In some of our customer e-mail communications, we use a device called a 'click-through URL'. We do not share this information with anyone, and we will not try to match click-throughs to particular e-mail addresses.

If you give us your postal address or phone number online, you will receive the information which you provided your address for. Please give us your exact name, address and phone number to make sure we deliver the products to the right person.
